The staff at your Thomasville, GA store are all very nice and professional. Tyrone and Danny are always helpful, as well as the other staff. They are an asset to your company. -- Kimberly C. Homer

I was at your Cumming location October 10th. I had just experienced a highly unfortunate situation and had been rudely rebuffed by a neighboring business. I had a difficult time getting back onto the road before pulling into your business. I immediately received compasionate service from your staff (George, Kevin, and Eric). They worked very hard and put a lot of effort into my car. This was well above anything you could have trained or required of them.

I have been in Human Resources and customer service all of my working career and believe me, I know when someone is sincere. The concern and job performance received by the three above individuals certainly deserve recognition from a grateful customer and their superiors.

After service was rendered for my car it was suggested I return for additional service. I expressed my gratitude and requested a customer comment card. I did return and again received exemplary service. During this visit I observed the customer service/performance of a different staff, which was by no means unsatisfactory, however it did not quite match the depth from the day before.

I can't express enough my awe in the compasionate service I received from your staff. I congratulate you on having such fine employees. I am truly grateful and will continue to pass my story on to others. -- Mary Elizabeth (Liz) Odom

I just came form getting my oil changed, as I always do, at your Cumming store. I am impressed with your company giving away the Christian artist Stephen Chapman tickets and then I see your employee care information, Praise God! -- Arlene Ingram

On October 1st I had an occasion to visit your American Lubefast #611 store, 3602 Hwy 14, Millbrook, AL, 36054 (approx. 2pm), for the Standard Full Service Oil Change. During this visit, I was amazed how professional, friendly & courteous all the employees were that I had contact with (especially Mike). All these guys worked as a team, quickly & efficiently; and everything in the store was clean & organzied. Give these guys "atta-boys", as they are an asset to yor business. I will go back for more service. Thanks for taking the time to read this. Have a pleasant day!!! (Wouldn't it be a better world if more people expended as much effort to compliment, as they do to criticize?) -- Nanci Pfeifer

Every once in awhile your faith in humanity is restored. In this crazy world of ours, it is hard to find people who take their jobs seriously and go above and beyond to provide exceptional service. That person is Gary Faulkner who works at your location on Demere Rd. on St. Simons Island. His service to Gail Horton and me has been exceptional and your company will continue to have two steady customers to service our vehicles. Additionally, since word of mouth advertising is sometimes better than print or t.v., Gail and I will not hesitate to recommend your service to our friends. After all, that's what it is all about.

Again, our special thanks go to Gary!!   -- Best personal regards, Wilson G. Hastie

I just wanted to let you know about my visit to one of your Mobile locations on Hillcrest Road.  I was very pleased with the service I got and the respect I received.  Those guys were very friendly.  The manager Danny was very nice and professional.  I wish I had people like him to work around.

Thank you very much American LubeFast and the guys at this store for a job well done.

--Betty Bourg

Just a note to tell you your crew at 6220 Highway 90 in Milton, Florida is doing a "great job" past and present.  I am so very pleased.  They are very pleasant and helpful.  Robert, Brad and Lee were so very very nice and pleasant. You just get a good friendly feeling at your place of business.  Your crew should be praised.  I just wanted to drop a line to say I'm glad you're here in Milton and the employees are such nice gentlemen. I'll tell all in my trailer park about you.

--Mildred Timm

Dear Sir,

I would like you to know about me as your client first that you might more especially understand and enjoy what I have to say about your business and employees at your location on U.S. 90 in Marianna, Florida.

I have served in the Law Enforcement field since 1979 having served 3 times in the position of Chief of Police for various Police Agencies. As a Police Manager I was always concerned with Officer and Public Safety while attempting to save a few dollars on the Police budget.

At any rate over the years it has become more and more difficult to find service technicians to honestly see after my Police fleet of Vehicles keeping them in good service so we could always make the calls for assistance we received, and make the Police Cruisers last another year or two longer thus saving the tax payers a few bucks in the process.

So I do have many years of personally and professionally dealing with lube and small repair shops, and I never came across one like your till today.

So now that you know a little about me I want you to know what happened to me while I was at you store in Marianna, Florida today.

Upon my arrival I was greeted by the manager who was professional, polite, and handled my business needs in a timely manor, while showing and recommending me to purchase many items and services that you offer. In short I went to get an oil change for I guess about 25.00 dollars or so, and ended

up spending 247.00 dollars, what a salesman, and gentleman to boot.

The Managers assistants were both of high caliber, polite, friendly, answered all my 101 questions, and were timely also.

I think it is also worth mentioning that the Manager somehow forget to put in my air vale that regulates the air intake during all of my many questions that I was asking him. At any rate I had left the shop but had an occasion to come back to ask still yet another question of him, and wouldn't you know it, the manager was looking for me to replace the air vale that he had forgotten.

Well how easy would it have been for him not to step up to the plate and admit his mistake. Well he is an honest man and he did admit his mistake and fixed it immediately. This man is a great credit to American Lube and he represents you well.

The manager’s assistants are hard working, honest, knowledgeable, polite, friendly, an asset to you and you business, and dependable to get the job done. My car has gone from 27.8 mpg to a maximum of 31.9 mpg. A grand total increase of 4.1 mpg,  just as they reasonably estimated it would be.

I used a conservative figure when calculating my savings on fuel over the next three month period, and came up with an estimated  30.00 dollars which more than pays for my oil change, so it’s a great value, not to mention the extension in engine life. An added plus is the enjoyable time I spend with your employees, and the final bonus is I have a quality professional examining my car on the top and bottom who will alert me to any observed deficiencies noted that I might have the opportunity to make the needed repairs ensuring me of many safe miles of travel for my family and I.

I felt like I was among family at your store. Do you have any idea how rare that is in the American Business world today? If you could duplicate the Marianna, Florida Manager and his Staff's business approach you could double the size of your company in quick order. Maybe you should personally go by and see them in action. It’s like the 1930’s Walton's from Walton’s

Mountain back when folks really cared one for the other.

If you ever do a commercial, I want to be in it for you.

I could go on and on about your staff. In short I trust them and trust don’t come fast or cheap. I will be back to do business with you again. I spent most of my day bragging on them to family and friends. I am sure my family and friends will now start coming to do their business with you.

It is not easy to gain my trust and respect, but your staff has done the job.

I am now retired, but if I were in the saddle again I would

refer my fleet to American LubeFast. Please write back to me to let

me know that you are in receipt of my correspondence, and please place a copy of this in each mans personnel records.

NOTE: The Store’s General Manager Assistant was not in the day I was at your Store originally, however I have since had the great opportunity to speak with Mr. White who was

simply outstanding, Polite, Professional,  & Courteous toward me, and he has furthered my commitment to do business with you. I wonder to my self how do you get such outstanding employees?

One more thing about Mr. White he is a company man for sure, and desires to move up in management and I think you should take a hard look at him for consideration in future promotions.

I have written the names of the Store Management and Staff that they might be looked upon with Honor by the Owner, President and Corporate peers, as it is well deserved and earned.

STORE GENERAL MANAGER: GABE DOVER

STORE GENERAL MANAGER ASSISTANT: DWAYNE W. WHITE

STAFF MEMBER: MICHAEL BAXLEY

STAFF MEMBER: LEVI HEATH

God Bless you and your Business
